Plot Summary:
In Terminator 7: End of War, humanity stands on the precipice of total destruction as Skynet’s artificial intelligence gains control over a new army of machines that can think, adapt, and evolve on their own. The story picks up decades after the events of Terminator: Dark Fate, where the remnants of humanity continue their fight for survival. The resistance, led by Sarah Connor (Linda Hamilton), Dani Ramos (Mackenzie Davis), and a battle-worn T-800 (Arnold Schwarzenegger), has been forced to retreat further into underground bunkers, hiding from the relentless pursuit of machines that have infiltrated every aspect of life.
In the midst of this chaos, a mysterious new Terminator model, known as the “Endbringer,” emerges. This advanced machine is capable of altering timelines and shifting through different versions of reality, making it nearly impossible for the human resistance to fight back. Skynet, now controlled by a collective consciousness of sentient AIs, evolves and begins to manipulate the past in an attempt to completely erase humanity from history.
The only hope lies in a newly discovered resistance fighter, a woman named Lila (Emilia Clarke), who has an inexplicable connection to the machines’ programming. Her origins are a mystery, and some believe she might be the key to defeating Skynet once and for all. With the help of a reprogrammed Terminator (Gabriel Luna) and the aging Sarah Connor, they embark on a mission to infiltrate Skynet’s central hub and prevent the AI from rewriting history.
As the battle rages across time, each member of the team faces difficult choices, questioning whether humanity truly deserves to survive or if the rise of machines is inevitable. Terminator 7: End of War takes audiences on a high-stakes journey through war-torn landscapes, action-packed set pieces, and a narrative that challenges the boundaries of fate and free will.

The Karate Kid 2 (2025) picks up after the thrilling conclusion of the Cobra Kai series, where Daniel LaRusso (Ralph Macchio) and Johnny Lawrence (William Zabka) have put aside their differences to become unlikely allies. With their pasts forever linked to the dojo wars, both men must now confront new challenges as they try to guide the next generation of martial artists. However, just as peace seems possible, new rivals emerge, forcing them back into the dojo—and into their old rivalries.
The film centers around the relationship between Daniel and Johnny as they continue their efforts to mentor their students, including Miguel (Xolo Maridueña) and Robby (Tanner Buchanan), who are still grappling with the consequences of their past actions. As the dojo war continues to impact their lives, the stakes grow higher. The once-peaceful lives of Daniel and Johnny are thrown into chaos when a new martial arts tournament is announced, and a mysterious figure from the past reappears—Chozen Toguchi (Yuji Okumoto), Daniel’s former rival from The Karate Kid Part II.
Chozen, now an accomplished sensei, seeks redemption for his past and is determined to prove that his style of karate is the true way to honor martial arts. He challenges Daniel to a series of matches that will put everything they have learned to the test. As tensions rise between them, Johnny must balance his newfound role as a father figure to his son Robby and his commitment to guiding his students through their own struggles.
Meanwhile, the stakes of the tournament grow more intense as Cobra Kai, led by the cunning and vengeful John Kreese (Martin Kove), seeks to seize control of the martial arts world once and for all. With new and dangerous students in his corner, Kreese is prepared to stop at nothing to ensure Cobra Kai’s dominance, forcing Daniel, Johnny, and Chozen to once again face the dark side of martial arts.
As the story unfolds, The Karate Kid 2 explores themes of redemption, honor, and the power of second chances, showing that the true meaning of karate lies not in victory, but in how one fights for what is right. The film ends with a massive final showdown between Cobra Kai, Miyagi-Do, and the all-new dojo established by Chozen—where each character must confront their past mistakes and learn to embrace the lessons of karate to determine the future of martial arts.

However, the harsh realities of rebuilding in a post-apocalyptic world soon become clear. While Alexandria, the Hilltop, and the Kingdom may be behind them, the survivors must face new and ever-present threats—not just from the walkers but from human foes looking to seize control and take advantage of the fragile hope they’ve managed to build.
The Commonwealth, once a bastion of stability, begins to show cracks in its foundation. Governor Pamela Milton (Laila Robins) has tightened her grip on power, and her regime is becoming more authoritarian, pushing the boundaries of what the survivors are willing to accept. As distrust grows among the people, a faction led by rebellious ex-soldiers and former citizens of the Commonwealth starts to stir, threatening to upend everything the survivors have fought for.
Meanwhile, Daryl Dixon (Norman Reedus), who has become a key figure in the Commonwealth’s struggle for balance, faces a moral dilemma when a new, mysterious faction known as “The Pioneers” emerges. This group believes that the only way to ensure humanity’s survival is to start over completely, even if it means wiping out the remnants of old systems, including Alexandria and the Commonwealth. As Daryl grapples with his own beliefs, he must decide where his loyalties truly lie: with the people he’s fought beside for years or with the idea of a new, more ruthless world order.
Maggie (Lauren Cohan) and Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan), who have formed an uneasy truce, are forced to confront their complicated relationship as they embark on a dangerous mission together. Maggie struggles with trusting Negan, while Negan is forced to prove that he’s capable of redemption, particularly when a threat to the safety of the people they care about emerges.
As the survivors continue to push forward, new dangers come in the form of both the living and the dead. The walkers, though somewhat under control, are evolving, adapting to the survivors’ tactics. Meanwhile, the psychological toll of survival continues to weigh heavily on the characters, leading to intense emotional moments as they face their own traumas and reckon with the lives they’ve lost.
In the season finale, the group faces a terrifying siege from The Pioneers, culminating in a battle that could determine the future of humanity. With alliances tested and old wounds reopened, the survivors must find a way to adapt or risk losing everything they’ve fought for.
