The symbiote saga continues in Venom 4: King in Black (2025), as Eddie Brock (Tom Hardy) and his alien alter ego, Venom, face their most terrifying enemy yet — Knull, the god of the symbiotes. Following the events of Venom: Let There Be Carnage, Eddie and Venom have learned to co-exist in a fragile truce, but their uneasy peace is shattered when a dark force from the depths of space arrives to claim Earth as its own.

Plot:
The story picks up with Eddie and Venom still grappling with the consequences of their chaotic bond. While they’ve made strides in controlling their thirst for destruction, they are haunted by the memories of their violent past and the enemies they’ve made along the way. Eddie has tried to live a quieter life, but the peace is short-lived.

When an ancient cosmic entity named Knull (voiced by Vin Diesel) awakens from the far reaches of space, it sets in motion a catastrophic chain of events that threatens to consume the entire planet. Knull, the self-proclaimed “King in Black,” is the creator of the symbiotes — the dark, parasitic beings that have haunted Eddie for so long. But unlike the others, Knull is far more powerful, a force of pure destruction and chaos, and he seeks to reclaim Venom, his “wayward child.”

The film delves deep into the mythology of the symbiotes, revealing how Knull created them to be his soldiers and how Venom broke free of his control. Now, Knull plans to conquer Earth and rebuild his empire, and he will stop at nothing to reclaim Venom and its power.

To make matters worse, Carnage (Woody Harrelson) — still alive in some form — joins Knull’s cause, making him an even more dangerous adversary than before. Together with Shriek (Naomie Harris), the two deadly symbiotes set out to bring destruction to Earth. Eddie and Venom, joined by unlikely allies including a rogue symbiote and a skilled symbiote hunter (Stephen Graham), must confront their fears and stop Knull before the world is plunged into an age of darkness.
