The mother of Rhiannon Whyte has publicly spoken for the first time since her daughter was killed, delivering an emotional statement that has drawn national attention.

Standing at the location where Rhiannon was last seen alive, the grieving mother said her family had been “failed” and directed strong criticism at Prime Minister Keir Starmer and the government, accusing them of failing to protect the public.
