Israel is ‘not looking for an endless war’ with Iran, foreign minister says

Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Saar said Tuesday that his country isn’t looking for an “endless war” with Iran.

“We will continue until the minute that we and our partners think that is appropriate to stop,” he said, according to Reuters.

“We are not looking for an endless war,” Saar reportedly added.

The foreign minister, when asked about what a victory against Iran would look like, said, “We want to remove, for the long-term, existential threats from Iran to Israel,” Reuters reported.
