BACK TO THE NORTH — THE NEXT CRITICAL PHASE BEGINS 

After the unexpected setback, the mission to bring Timmy back to the ocean resumes.

The convoy turned back temporarily, but progress continued with Timmy, and now, every move is a crucial step closer to freedom.

 WHAT JUST HAPPENED:

• A new tracker has been attached: This will allow rescuers to monitor Timmy’s movements once he’s released into the wild. The tracker is vital to ensure his safety as he makes his way toward the North Sea.
• The rear net of the barge is now open: This prepares the way for Timmy’s eventual exit, giving him a path to swim out when the time is right.
• Multiple rescuers have worked directly with the whale: In a carefully orchestrated effort, experts have been involved in Timmy’s every move, ensuring that the transition out of the barge will be as smooth and safe as possible.

 THE PLAN:

Timmy is not being forced out. He will swim out on his own — when the conditions are perfect.

This is a delicate process. Timmy needs to choose when to make his move, and the team is ensuring that everything is set up to support that choice. The goal is to ensure that he exits the barge without struggle or stress.

 WHAT NEEDS TO HAPPEN NEXT:

• The barge must be flooded further: Raising the water levels inside the barge will allow Timmy to swim freely out into the open sea without the risk of being trapped or overwhelmed.
• Once the barge is flooded enough, Timmy can make his final move — swimming out into the ocean on his own terms.

But that’s not the only factor at play.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT:

The convoy is heading north again, toward the open waters that hold the key to Timmy’s recovery.

• But, once again, the weather will decide how far the convoy can go. The open sea conditions must be favorable for a safe release.
• The barge, while designed for this operation, is not built for open ocean. The journey to freedom depends on perfect timing and calm seas.

 ONCE AGAIN — EVERYTHING HANGS IN THE BALANCE

It’s the waiting game once more. Timmy’s fate is tied to the whims of the weather and the timing of his release.

 Waiting for the right moment: The conditions need to be optimal to ensure Timmy’s safe exit and a smooth transition into the open sea.

 Waiting for the right sea: The ocean needs to be calm enough for Timmy to navigate and make his way toward recovery.

 Waiting for Timmy’s final move: The moment when he chooses to swim out of the barge will be the most crucial step of all. But only he can decide when he’s ready.

AND THE STORY IS FAR FROM OVER…

Every step Timmy takes now is another victory, but the final one is still ahead. The world is watching, waiting to see if this remarkable journey — a journey fueled by hope, courage, and global effort — will end with Timmy returning to the vast ocean, where he can finally heal and thrive.
