Little Lucas is only a child, yet every day he wakes up facing challenges that most adults could hardly imagine.

While other children his age spend their days playing, laughing, and discovering the world around them, Lucas has spent much of his young life surrounded by hospital rooms, medical appointments, and uncertainty. Despite everything he has endured, one thing about him has never faded — his beautiful smile.

His family says that even on the hardest days, Lucas still finds a way to comfort the people around him.
