Six-year-old Emily Carter is currently battling Tetralogy of Fallot, a serious congenital heart condition that affects normal blood flow through the heart. After months of hospital visits, medications, and exhausting uncertainty, Emily is now undergoing another major surgery doctors hope will improve her condition and give her a better future.

Inside the hospital room, the atmosphere was filled with quiet fear as Emily prepared to be taken into the operating theatre.
