In October 2020, an ordinary Sunday in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, turned into an unbelievable scene when an 11-year-old boy allegedly took a privately owned school bus without permission and drove across several parts of the city. The bus reportedly used a push-button start, allowing the child to operate it without a traditional key.

🚔 Officers followed the bus for approximately 13 miles as shocked residents watched from the roadside. The journey finally ended after the bus struck a tree in a residential yard. Thankfully, authorities reported that no one was injured.

The child was taken into juvenile custody and faced several allegations, including unauthorized use of the vehicle, fleeing officers and property-related charges. His identity was not publicly released because he was a minor.
