Even Healers Need Healing

Today, we don’t seek applause.
We don’t expect recognition.

We are doctors. We are nurses. We are healers.
We face long shifts, endless rounds, the weight of lives resting in our hands.
We witness pain, loss, hope, and miracles — sometimes all in the same hour.

But beneath the scrubs and stethoscopes, we are human too.
We feel exhaustion in our bones, worry in our hearts, and moments when we wonder if we have the strength to keep going.

All we ask is a kind word — a gentle greeting, a small gesture, a smile that reaches deep enough to warm a tired heart.
Sometimes, that little bit of kindness reminds us why we started this journey in the first place.

Even healers need healing.
Even the strongest need support.
And even in the busiest, darkest hospital corridors, a little warmth can carry us through another shift. 💙
