As the family begins the painful process of saying goodbye, they have chosen to remember Harrison for the personality and happiness he brought into their lives.

A fundraiser established to support his family describes him as a “cheeky chappy, full of character with a personality that could light up a room.”

He was also described as a child who was loved “more deeply than words could ever express.”

Those words have resonated throughout the local community as friends, relatives and strangers have rallied around the grieving family.

The family has said there are no words capable of fully describing the heartbreak and devastation caused by Harrison’s sudden death.

For his parents, Kayleigh and Daryl, and his sisters, Sienna, nine, and Eira, 16, the loss has left a space that cannot be filled.

POLICE CONTINUE TO INVESTIGATE

North Wales Police launched a full investigation into the circumstances surrounding the collision.

A 39-year-old local man who was driving the van was arrested on suspicion of driving offences.

He has since been released under investigation while enquiries continue.

Police have stressed that the investigation remains ongoing and have urged members of the public not to speculate about what happened.

Detective Inspector Tim Evans, from the North Wales Police Serious Collision Investigation Unit, said investigators were particularly keen to hear from anyone who was in the area around Pen y Bryn Road and Mill Road at approximately 5 p.m.

Officers are asking for witnesses, as well as anyone who may have captured footage on a dashcam, doorbell camera or private CCTV.

Police have warned that even footage that may appear insignificant could help investigators establish the circumstances of the collision.

The investigation reference is 26000807122.

COMMUNITY RALLIES AROUND THE FAMILY

As news of Harrison’s death spread, the Llanfairfechan community came together to support his family.

A GoFundMe campaign was established by Kate Jones to help Kayleigh and Daryl with funeral and memorial costs, household bills and other essential expenses while they take time away from work to grieve.

The fundraiser quickly attracted hundreds of donations.

The family said the financial support would allow Harrison’s parents to concentrate on their children and on saying goodbye to their son without having to face the additional pressure of everyday expenses.

The response has demonstrated the strength of support for the family during an extraordinarily difficult period.

Flowers and tributes have also been left near the location where Harrison died.

“FOREVER LOVED, FOREVER MISSED, FOREVER 6”

Perhaps the most heartbreaking words shared by those remembering Harrison are also among the simplest:

“Forever loved, forever missed, forever 6.”

The words capture the devastating reality for a family who will never see Harrison grow older.

He will always be remembered as the six-year-old boy who loved his family, brought energy and personality into every room and went out for what should have been an ordinary bike ride.

His family says his memory will remain with them as they face the difficult days ahead.

A FAMILY ASKING FOR PRIVACY AND ANSWERS

While Harrison’s loved ones mourn, police investigators continue working to establish exactly what happened on Mill Road that evening.

North Wales Police has asked anyone with information to come forward rather than relying on assumptions or speculation online.

The force has also urged members of the public to be considerate toward Harrison’s family and everyone affected by the tragedy.

For Harrison’s parents and sisters, however, the investigation is only one part of an unimaginable loss.

The immediate future will be about saying goodbye to a little boy who should have had decades ahead of him.

Instead, his family is left with memories, photographs, stories and the overwhelming love of a community determined to make sure Harrison is not forgotten.

Forever loved. Forever missed. Forever six.
