Tiffany Wedekind, an artist and candle maker from Columbus, Ohio, lives her life with passion, creativity, and an unyielding desire for adventure. She also lives with progeria, an extremely rare genetic condition that causes rapid and premature aging. Rather than allowing her diagnosis to define her, Tiffany balances the harsh physical realities of her condition with a vibrant commitment to self-expression and personal growth.

Unlike most individuals with progeria, Tiffany was not diagnosed until adulthood. Her condition developed differently from the typical childhood form, and both her mother and brother were affected as well. Over the years, she has managed severe physical changes, including hair loss, dental complications, and serious cardiovascular risks. Recently, after suffering a heart attack, she underwent high-risk heart-valve replacement surgery that nearly cost her life. Yet, her remarkable recovery reenergized her determination to embrace every moment.

Following her operation, Tiffany shared her desire to travel, build meaningful connections, and find love again. A visit to the ocean served as a powerful reminder of how much of the world she still wished to explore. While she uses art and humor to stay grounded, she speaks candidly about the fear, pain, and uncertainty that come with her condition.
