Audience with Villa Nazareth Community — May 30, 2026

Pope Leo XIV welcomed the Villa Nazareth Community in the Hall of Blessings, encouraging them to continue their mission of forming young people through faith, education, service, and charity. Founded after World War II by Cardinal Domenico Tardini, Villa Nazareth was created to help talented young people who lacked the means to pursue their studies. Today, its mission continues as a place where faith and culture meet in service of human dignity.

The Pope reminded the community that young people need more than knowledge — they need light, guidance, and unity between mind and spirit, faith and study, profession and life. He called Villa Nazareth a “hearth and forge of Christian thought,” a place where different generations work together to build a culture shaped by the Gospel.

This audience became a powerful message for today’s world: education must not only prepare careers, but form hearts capable of truth, service, dialogue, and peace.

May Villa Nazareth continue to inspire young leaders who choose goodness, wisdom, and hope.
