Medical Examiner Reveals Cause of Death for Influencer Emilie Kiser’s 3-Year-Old Son

A new medical examiner’s report has revealed the cause of death of Trigg, the 3-year-old son of influencer Emilie Kiser, who died after a tragic swimming pool accident in Arizona.

Trigg was found unconscious in the family swimming pool at his home in Chandler, Arizona, on May 12, 2025. He remained hospitalized for six days before dying on May 18, 2025.

According to a new report from the Maricopa County Medical Examiner, Trigg’s cause of death was anoxic brain injury resulting from drowning.

The medical examiner determined the manner of death was accidental.

The findings provide an official determination of what led to the young boy’s death, following the devastating pool incident that left his family and supporters mourning.
