Woman, 38, with ‘Medical Condition’ and Her 4-Month-Old Baby Disappeared from Their Phoenix Home

An Arizona woman and her 4-month-old child were reported missing from their home this week.
Luisa Walls was last seen leaving her residence in Phoenix with her 4-month-old baby at around 5 a.m. local time on Thursday, Sept. 3, AZ Family and Fox 10 Phoenix reported.
A spokesperson for the Phoenix Police Department (PPD) told PEOPLE on Saturday, Sept. 5, that both have since “returned home.”
“Officers confirmed they are safe and well,” the spokesperson said.

According to AZ Family and Fox 10 Phoenix, the PPD said Walls, 38, was initially seen carrying a diaper bag and entered a lifted pickup truck after leaving her home.
Phoenix Police Sgt. Sheree Lee told Fox 10 Phoenix that Walls “suffers from a medical condition” that may have caused her “to appear confused.”
The specific medical condition was not disclosed.
