XAVIER TAYLOR: MORE THAN THREE MONTHS LATER, HIS FAMILY STILL HOLDS ONTO HOPE

Twelve-year-old Xavier Taylor was struck in the neck by a baseball during warmups, suffered cardiac arrest, and has spent more than three months in a coma. His family has spent every single day by his bedside, enduring an unimaginable journey that no parent or loved one should ever have to face. Through it all, they have watched complete strangers rally around him, wearing his No. 6 jersey, placing baseball bats outside their front doors, and sending prayers from every corner of the country.

Now, Xavier’s mother is asking the global community to come together once more for a special Night of Prayer and Praise on September 19, from 5 to 7 p.m. ET. The event serves as a focal point for all those who have been touched by his story to unite their voices and strength. His father shares that he deeply misses Xavier’s laughter, their daily conversations, and even the simple, everyday arguments that used to fill their home.

Despite the immense weight of the situation, the family continues to hold onto faith and hope. They are asking for continuous prayers not only for Xavier’s recovery but also for every child and family across the world who is currently waiting for healing and strength.
