TWO HUSKIES FOUND 𝙳𝙴𝙰𝙳 AFTER STAY AT DOG BOARDING FACILITY AS FOUR EMPLOYEES ARE ARRESTED

A pet owner was left devastated after her two beloved Siberian Huskies allegedly 𝚍𝚒𝚎𝚍 from starvation while staying at a dog boarding facility she had trusted for years.

Morgan Glenn had left her dogs, Pneuma and Melo, at Inner Knowing Canine Connections in Swannanoa, North Carolina, while traveling overseas to visit family. According to reports, the facility had cared for her pets several times before, giving her confidence they would be safe while she was away.

But on April 19, Morgan received the call no pet owner ever wants to hear.

The two huskies had been rushed to an emergency veterinary clinic, but both dogs had already 𝚍𝚒𝚎𝚍.

Authorities later launched an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the animals’ deaths. According to investigators, necropsy findings revealed the dogs had no food in their digestive systems and were suffering from severe dehydration.

Officials allege the animals died after being deprived of adequate food and water while under the facility’s care.

The case quickly sparked outrage among animal lovers, with many expressing shock that such a tragedy could occur at a business entrusted with caring for family pets.

Four employees connected to the facility have since been arrested as authorities continue their investigation.

Friends say Morgan is heartbroken by the loss of Pneuma and Melo, who were more than pets—they were cherished members of her family.

“She trusted that they would be cared for and protected,” one supporter said. “Instead, she came home to a loss that no owner should ever have to experience.”

As the investigation continues, many in the community are calling for accountability and stronger protections to ensure animals placed in boarding facilities receive the care and attention they deserve.

For Morgan, however, the focus remains on the two huskies who never came home.
