Pennsylvania State Trooper Michael Pahira Killed in I-81 Crash; Truck Driver Charged

Michael Pahira, a member of the Pennsylvania State Police, was killed in a crash on Interstate 81 while on duty, and a truck driver has been charged in connection with the fatal collision.
