Injured Mother Cat Never Stopped Caring for Her Tiny Kitten

An injured mother cat has touched the hearts of rescuers after refusing to abandon her tiny kitten, continuing to care for it despite her own pain and exhaustion.

The pair were discovered in difficult conditions, with the mother cat suffering from visible injuries while staying close to her young kitten. Although weak and in need of medical attention, she remained protective, making sure her baby stayed safe.

Animal rescuers carefully brought both cats to a veterinary clinic, where the mother received treatment for her injuries while veterinarians examined the kitten. Fortunately, the kitten was found to be in stable condition, though it also required supportive care after its difficult start.

Following treatment, the mother and kitten were placed together in a quiet foster home so they could continue to bond while recovering.
