PATRICK CLANCY SPOTTED WITH NEW WIFE AS HEARTBREAKING TRIAL CONTINUES

NEW YORK — As the emotionally charged trial of Lindsay Clancy continues in Massachusetts, her former husband, Patrick Clancy, was recently photographed in New York with his new wife, Dr. Rachel Danis.

The sighting came as jurors heard more deeply disturbing testimony about the deaths of Patrick and Lindsay’s three young children — Cora, 5, Dawson, 3, and Callan, 8 months — who died in January 2023.

A PRIVATE MOMENT UNDER PUBLIC SCRUTINY

According to reports, Patrick and Danis were seen outside a Manhattan apartment building while the trial was on a break.

The couple reportedly spent roughly 30 minutes making phone calls and speaking with each other. Patrick appeared visibly stressed, at times pacing while talking on the phone, while Danis also made calls nearby.

The moment offered a glimpse into Patrick’s life away from the courtroom — a life that has changed dramatically since the deaths of his three children.

Patrick and Danis married in April 2026.

Inside the Massachusetts courtroom, Lindsay Clancy’s defense has focused heavily on her mental state before and during the killings.

Her attorneys argue that she was suffering from severe postpartum psychosis and bipolar disorder and should not be held criminally responsible.

Prosecutors dispute that explanation and have argued that evidence shows planning and awareness surrounding the killings.

Recent testimony has included detailed accounts of Clancy’s reported hallucinations, depression and paranoia, as well as evidence prosecutors say demonstrates that she was still capable of carrying out ordinary activities around the time of the deaths.

The jury was unexpectedly sent home early Wednesday after Judge William Sullivan cited an “unforeseen circumstance,” with proceedings scheduled to continue Thursday.

Patrick’s life after the tragedy has attracted considerable public attention.

He eventually divorced Lindsay and later married Danis. He and his new wife have also worked to honor the memory of his three children through the Heard Foundation, which focuses on improving perinatal mental-health care.

Patrick has previously spoken about forgiveness and about his desire to remember Lindsay as the mother his children loved, even while confronting the devastating events of January 2023.

Now, as the trial moves toward its final stages, Patrick is once again being forced to relive the most painful chapter of his life in public.

For him, the courtroom is not simply a place where a criminal case is being decided.

It is where the final days of his children’s lives are being examined piece by piece.

And outside that courtroom, he is attempting to build a life after losing nearly everything.

The trial continues — while a grieving father faces the past in court and tries to find a way forward outside it.

Lindsay Clancy remains entitled to the presumption of innocence unless and until proven guilty in court.
