Tour Bus Bursts Into Flames on California Highway, Leaving One Passenger Dead

Tour Bus Bound for Mexico Erupts in Flames on Los Angeles County Freeway
A tour bus traveling toward Mexico caught fire and was engulfed in flames on Highway 60, also known as the Pomona Freeway, in the Hacienda Heights area of Los Angeles County.
There were 18 people aboard the bus, including the driver. One passenger died in the fire, while another was taken to a hospital after suffering smoke inhalation.

According to reports, the driver noticed something was wrong with the vehicle and pulled over. Shortly afterward, the driver saw smoke coming from the rear of the bus, and the fire spread rapidly.
The blaze sent thick smoke into the surrounding area as emergency crews responded to the scene.
The exact cause of the fire remains under investigation, and authorities have not yet released additional details about what caused the vehicle to catch fire.
