Police arrested him when he arrived at the Ohio mobile-home community.

York was initially charged with engaging in prostitution and possession of criminal tools.

The prostitution allegation was later amended to disorderly conduct as part of a plea agreement.

York pleaded no contest to both misdemeanor charges.

He received a one-day jail sentence on each count, with credit for time already served, and was ordered to pay $1,150 in fines.
