A two-year-old boy went to a community swimming pool for what was supposed to be an ordinary playdate.

The Bexar County Sheriff’s Office says its investigation has been completed and the case has been forwarded to prosecutors.

She says she has complete faith in the adult who was supervising her son and believes the incident was a tragic accident.
