FOUR-YEAR-OLD GIRL DIES IN HEARTBREAKING FARM ACCIDENT AFTER FALLING FROM FAMILY TRACTOR

Hellayna Michelle King was riding on a trailer at her family’s farm when the tractor suddenly stopped, sending her onto the ground before the vehicle reversed.

A four-year-old girl has died in a heartbreaking farm accident after falling from a family tractor that then reversed over her.

Hellayna Michelle King, affectionately known as “Layna,” was riding on a trailer attached to a tractor at her family’s farm in Clark County, Nevada, when the tragedy unfolded on September 2.

According to Clark County Coroner Neal Oliver, the tractor suddenly stopped, causing the little girl to fall from the back of the vehicle.

The tractor then reversed, fatally injuring Hellayna.

The accident became even more devastating when emergency responders faced difficulties reaching the rural property.

A nearby bridge was closed, meaning emergency crews could not immediately take the quickest route to the scene.

Hellayna’s family reportedly remained beside her while waiting for help, with nearly 45 minutes passing before emergency services arrived.

Her aunt, LaDonna Lovings, told WKYT that the family had to remain with the child during that agonizing wait.

She said there was no way to know whether a faster response would have changed the outcome, but the delay made an already devastating situation even harder for the family.

Hellayna died on September 2, just one month before her fifth birthday.

Family members remembered her as a bright and energetic little girl who loved spending time on the farm.

The farm was described as a special place for her, and she particularly loved visiting the cows.

She also loved singing and was remembered for filling the family’s days with her cheerful voice.

Her obituary described her as a child who embraced life with energy and happiness.

‘WE HAVE LOST OUR WORLD’

Hellayna leaves behind her parents and three siblings.

Her family has since been receiving an outpouring of support following the tragedy.

A GoFundMe campaign was created to help the family with funeral expenses, including the cost of an urn.

In an emotional message, Hellayna’s mother wrote that the family had “lost our world” and did not know how to continue without their little girl.

The tragedy has also drawn attention to the difficulties emergency crews can face when responding to incidents in rural areas.

For Hellayna’s family, however, the focus remains on the little girl they loved — a child whose life was cut tragically short only weeks before her fifth birthday.

A joyful little girl who loved the farm is now being remembered by the family and community she left behind.
