“WE’RE VERY, VERY WORRIED” — DAUGHTER MAKES DESPERATE PLEA AFTER MUM VANISHES IN PARIS

A heartbroken daughter has made an emotional plea for information after her mother disappeared in Paris nearly two weeks ago.

Deirdre Lynch, 48, from Dublin, Ireland, was last seen outside the Irish Embassy in Paris on September 20.

Since then, her family says they have heard nothing from her.

Her daughter, Mazzy Hollerich, 24, has described the wait for answers as unbearable, saying the family is “extremely worried” about what may have happened to her mother.

Deirdre had travelled to Paris to join Mazzy and other family members on holiday.

The trip began on August 26, but the family became increasingly concerned after Deirdre reportedly became separated from them and was difficult to locate on several occasions.

According to her daughter, Deirdre eventually went missing from the family’s contact.

“She just had €30 with her,” Mazzy said, explaining that the family is particularly concerned because they do not know where her mother is staying or how she is managing.

LAST SEEN OUTSIDE THE IRISH EMBASSY

Deirdre was last seen on September 20 outside the Irish Embassy in Paris.

Her family has been desperately trying to establish where she may have gone since then.

They say she is particularly vulnerable and may struggle to find her way back to her family without assistance.

The disappearance has now stretched into its second week, leaving her loved ones facing an agonising wait for information.

Mazzy said the family does not know where Deirdre is, where she might be sleeping or how she is getting food.

“We’re just very worried because she’s in Paris, which is a very big place,” she said.

The family is now appealing to anyone who may have seen Deirdre or spoken with her since September 20 to come forward with information.

For Mazzy, even the smallest piece of information could help.

 WHAT DOES DEIRDRE LOOK LIKE?

Deirdre is described as approximately 4ft 11in tall.

When she was last seen, she was reportedly wearing black leggings and a black jumper.

Her family is urging people in Paris to pay attention to anyone who may match her description and to contact authorities if they have information about her whereabouts.

 A FAMILY LEFT WITHOUT ANSWERS

The hardest part for Deirdre’s loved ones is the uncertainty.

There has been no confirmed contact from her since she was last seen.

Her daughter has spoken openly about how vulnerable her mother may be and why the family is so desperate to locate her.

They do not know whether she is still in Paris or whether she may have travelled elsewhere.

Every passing day makes the search more urgent for those waiting at home.

“WE DON’T KNOW WHAT TO DO”

Mazzy’s words capture the fear facing the family:

They don’t know where her mother is.

They don’t know whether she has been able to find somewhere safe.

And they don’t know when they will hear from her again.

For a daughter who travelled to Paris expecting a family holiday, the trip has instead become a desperate search for her mum.

 THE SEARCH CONTINUES

Deirdre’s disappearance remains an ongoing missing-person case.

Her family is asking the public to share her details widely, particularly with people who live in or have recently travelled through Paris.

Anyone with information that could help establish where Deirdre is should contact the relevant authorities.

For now, her family is holding onto hope that she will be found safe.

Nearly two weeks after Deirdre was last seen, one question remains at the centre of everything: Where is she?

Her daughter is still waiting for the call that could finally bring answers.
