A stray mother cat and her two-week-old kittens have been given a second chance after rescuers stepped in to move the vulnerable family to safety.

The small family was discovered living in an unsafe location, where the mother cat was doing everything she could to protect her tiny kittens. Although she was exhausted and undernourished, she never left their side, continuing to nurse and care for them despite the difficult conditions.
