A weakened kitten found struggling with a serious eye infection has begun a hopeful recovery after compassionate rescuers stepped in to provide the care it urgently needed.

The tiny kitten was discovered alone, exhausted, underweight, and suffering from a severe eye infection that had left one eye swollen and crusted shut. Without immediate help, the infection and lack of proper nutrition threatened its chances of survival.
