BREAKING: HAYDEN PANETTIERE’S BOYFRIEND BRIAN HICKERSON ALLEGEDLY SENT THREATENING TEXTS AFTER 2020 ARREST

BREAKING: HAYDEN PANETTIERE’S BOYFRIEND BRIAN HICKERSON ALLEGEDLY SENT THREATENING TEXTS AFTER 2020 ARREST
Newly surfaced court records are shedding disturbing light on the volatile relationship between actress Hayden Panettiere and Brian Hickerson, revealing alleged threatening messages he sent after his 2020 domestic-violence arrest.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ and reported by Page Six, Hickerson allegedly contacted Panettiere despite a no-contact order following his arrest in Wyoming. Her attorney reportedly provided investigators with screenshots of messages, missed calls and video clips.
One alleged message read, “Time to go to war I guess.” Other messages reportedly threatened to release damaging material unless Panettiere dropped the case, according to the court records.
A TROUBLED RELATIONSHIP
Hickerson was arrested on Valentine’s Day 2020 after authorities alleged he punched Panettiere in the face at an Airbnb in Wyoming.
The incident followed an earlier domestic-violence case involving the couple in California.
Hickerson later pleaded no contest to two felony counts involving Panettiere and was sentenced to jail time, probation and domestic-violence counseling.
Panettiere later spoke publicly about the abuse and, in her memoir, described the painful relationship and her eventual decision to forgive Hickerson.
THE TEXTS ARE SURFACING AFTER PANETTIERE’S DEATH
The newly reported court records are receiving renewed attention because Panettiere died Sunday at age 36.
She was found unresponsive at an apartment in Greenville, South Carolina. Hickerson and his brother were reportedly present when emergency responders arrived. Police have said there were no signs of trauma and no indication of foul play at this time, while the official cause of death remains under investigation.
A police report also indicates that Hickerson showed officers a bag containing Panettiere’s medications after she was found unresponsive.
QUESTIONS SURROUNDING HER FINAL DAYS
Panettiere and Hickerson had an on-again, off-again relationship dating back to 2018. Although they had separated, the pair reportedly reconnected shortly before her death.
The resurfacing of the alleged messages has therefore added another layer to the public scrutiny surrounding Hickerson—but it is important to distinguish documented allegations from conclusions about Panettiere’s death.
Authorities have not accused Hickerson of causing her death, and investigators have not announced that her death was a homicide.
For now, the circumstances surrounding Panettiere’s final hours remain under investigation.
The unanswered question is not simply what happened in her final moments—but what was happening in her life during the days leading up to them.
