ONE SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED QUICKLY

Sanchez was arrested shortly after the crash, according to authorities.

Unlike Sanchez, Easter was not immediately taken into custody.

On Wednesday, Aug. 26, Easter reportedly surrendered to authorities.

Three additional people — Ryan James Lewis, Lukevy Shawntell Yates and Madge Wells — were also arrested as alleged accessories in connection with the investigation.
