OPERATION STATEWIDE SHIELD: 163 MISSING CHILDREN RECOVERED IN BREATHLESS FIVE-DAY SWEEP

In an extraordinary law enforcement strike, Florida officials have executed Operation Statewide Shield, recovering 163 missing children in just 120 hours. The victims—ranging from a fragile two-month-old infant to a 17-year-old—were rescued across multiple U.S. states, a U.S. territory, and 12 countries, dismantling networks that kept them in the shadows.

Behind the staggering figure lies a harrowing reality: authorities confirmed many of these children had endured severe abuse, abandonment, exploitation, or the trauma of human trafficking.

The initial wave of arrests has already brought three suspects into custody:

• Michael Corey Prescott: Charged with multiple offenses involving a minor, felony battery, and aggravated assault.

• Robert Ferral Allison: Facing severe charges linked to a victim aged between 12 and 16.

• Jayden Allen Harwood: Arrested for child-custody interference and resisting an officer.
