💙🙏 THREE MONTHS LATER, A STADIUM IS BEING FILLED WITH PRAYER FOR XAVIER

More than three months have passed since 12-year-old Xavier Taylor was struck in the neck by a baseball during warmups, collapsed and suffered cardiac arrest.

Since that terrifying day on May 26, Xavier’s fight has reached far beyond one baseball field in Maple Shade, New Jersey.

Xavier survived the emergency and remains in a coma, while his family continues to hold onto hope.

And outside the hospital, something remarkable has grown.

Baseball teams have worn No. 6.

Families have placed bats on their porches.

Communities have gathered, prayed and raised money.

People across the country have spoken Xavier’s name — many without ever having met him.

Now, organizers want that circle of prayer to become even bigger.

On Saturday, September 19, from 5–7 p.m., churches, families, pastors and prayer groups are being invited to Karcher Field at the Woodlawn Sports Center in Maple Shade, New Jersey, for a Night of Prayer & Praise.

Xavier’s healing will be at the heart of the evening.

But organizers are asking for something even bigger: prayers for every family waiting for healing, strength, restoration and hope.

Churches and believers around the country — and around the world — are being encouraged to gather at the same time, whether in a sanctuary, around a kitchen table, in a prayer circle or online.

Their message is simple:

“Light the map up” with prayer.

Pray for Xavier.

Pray for his parents and family.

Pray for the doctors and medical team caring for him.

And pray for every child and every family still waiting for their own miracle.

One 12-year-old boy was injured during a baseball warmup.

Three months later, his No. 6 has become a symbol of hope far beyond New Jersey.

Now, an entire community is asking one question:
