Pregnant Woman and Her Newborn Baby Die After Tragic Vehicle Accident in Moroni

Rebecca, a 34-year-old pregnant woman, died after being struck by a vehicle while walking in the Moroni area.

Following the crash, Rebecca was rushed for medical treatment but tragically succumbed to her injuries.

Doctors were able to deliver her baby, who was immediately admitted to the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) for specialized care. Despite efforts to save the newborn, the baby later died.

The heartbreaking incident has left Rebecca’s family grieving the loss of both a mother and her child. The circumstances surrounding the crash remain under investigation.
