An online article now claims that a mysterious signal appeared on Xavier’s ICU monitor at approximately 8:30 p.m., during the period when supporters were praying.

The story presents the timing as potentially significant.

But there is a major problem:

No credible medical or family source has confirmed that event.

Recent reports from CBS Philadelphia and WPVI do not mention an unexplained monitor signal, an emergency medical response or a newly discovered change occurring at 8:30 p.m.

That means the monitor story should be treated as an unverified online claim, not as a confirmed medical update.

WHAT XAVIER’S FAMILY HAS ACTUALLY REPORTED

The verified update is still remarkable in its own way.

According to his father, Gregory Taylor, Xavier has gained weight.

His father said the family now sees more of the boy they knew before the accident rather than the frail child they saw during the earliest months of his hospitalization.

Xavier is also reportedly regulating his own body temperature.

His regular medications have been reduced, with necessary nutrients and nutrition continuing.

And his family says he has been moved from the hospital to a short-term care facility.

He remains on a ventilator.
