Five 17-Year-Old Boys Die After Car Plunges Off Cliff in Colorado

A devastating crash in **Grand Junction, Colorado**, claimed the lives of five 17-year-old boys after the vehicle they were traveling in veered off **Lookout Lane** and plunged down a steep hillside.

Authorities said the crash occurred late on **August 8, 2026**, with emergency crews responding around **7:45 a.m. on August 9** after receiving reports that a vehicle had gone over the edge of a cliff. All five teenagers were pronounced dead at the scene.

The victims were later identified as **Tristan Tucker, William Simms, Tyler Kersey-Huffman, Titus Gould, and Braden Taylor**. All five were 17 and residents of Grand Junction.

According to investigators, the vehicle was traveling southbound on Lookout Lane when it **veered off the roadway and descended the steep hillside**. Three occupants, including the driver and front-seat passenger, were wearing seat belts, while two others were not and were ejected from the vehicle.
