Missing NYC Grandmother Alisa Goods Found Dead Near Las Vegas Airport After 13-Day Search
Alisa Goods, 63, a Manhattan mother of five and grandmother of five, was found dead in Las Vegas after going missing while visiting a friend.
Goods disappeared on August 8, 2026, and her body was discovered on August 20, in a drainage ditch near Harry Reid International Airport.

Police said surveillance footage from the day she disappeared showed Goods falling down an embankment. She appeared to try to stand before falling or collapsing again, after which no further movement was recorded.
Her family had also reported receiving suspicious messages from her phone after she went missing. The messages reportedly requested money, gas money, and Bitcoin. Investigators suspect the communications may have involved phone number spoofing.

At the time of the latest reports, the official cause and manner of death had not been released, and police had not classified the case as a homicide.
Authorities continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding Goods’ disappearance and death as her family seeks answers about what happened during the 13 days she was missing.
