ALISA GOODS: SURVEILLANCE VIDEO REVEALS HER FINAL KNOWN MOMENTS

The disappearance of 63-year-old Alisa Goods, a New York grandmother visiting Las Vegas, has taken a heartbreaking turn after her body was discovered in a drainage ditch near Harry Reid International Airport.

Goods disappeared on August 8 after leaving a friend’s home to go shopping. She was reported missing two days later. On August 20, police found her body near an airport parking structure.

SURVEILLANCE FOOTAGE SHEDS NEW LIGHT

According to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, airport surveillance footage from August 8 appears to show Goods falling down an embankment, getting back up, and then collapsing again.

Police said there was no further movement visible after she collapsed. Her location was also hidden from the nearby roadway, which may help explain why she was not discovered sooner.

The footage provides investigators with an important piece of the timeline surrounding her disappearance.

 THEN CAME THE MYSTERIOUS MESSAGES

After Goods disappeared, members of her family began receiving messages from her phone requesting help, gas money and Bitcoin.

Those messages alarmed relatives, particularly because they said Goods did not drive and the requests did not sound like her.

Authorities have reportedly indicated that the messages may have been connected to unrelated individuals or spoofing rather than proving that Goods herself sent them.
