ANNA KEPNER MURDER TRIAL DELAYED AGAIN AS TEEN STEPBROTHER’S DEFENSE FACES FAMILY ROADBLOCK

MIAMI, FLA. — The murder trial of Timothy Hudson, the teenage stepbrother accused in the death of 18-year-old Anna Kepner aboard a Carnival cruise, has been delayed again after his defense team said certain family members were making it difficult to complete its investigation.

Hudson, now 16, is being tried as an adult in connection with Kepner’s death.

His trial had been scheduled to begin September 8.
