Just days after her murder trial ended without a verdict, Lindsay Clancy is now under round-the-clock, one-on-one suicide watch, according to her attorney.

Her lawyer, Kevin Reddington, says he worries about her every single day.

“She’s strong,” Reddington said, while also describing Clancy as suicidal and saying she continues to receive constant monitoring.

The stunning update comes after weeks of emotionally charged testimony — and a trial that ended in one of the most dramatic ways possible.

After approximately 38 hours of jury deliberations over seven days, the 12-member jury remained deadlocked.

Reports indicate the final split was 11–1, with 11 jurors reportedly leaning toward finding Clancy not criminally responsible because of her severe mental illness.

One juror refused to join them.

The deadlock ultimately forced Judge William Sullivan to declare a mistrial on September 4.

Clancy, 36, is accused of killing her three children — 5-year-old Cora, 3-year-old Dawson and 8-month-old Callan — at the family’s Duxbury, Massachusetts, home in January 2023.

She has never denied causing the children’s deaths.

If not, prosecutors could still decide whether to pursue a new trial.
