‼️ TOMORROW, A NEW JERSEY FIELD COULD BE FILLED WITH THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE PRAYING FOR ONE 12-YEAR-OLD BOY.

His name is Xavier Taylor.

And after nearly FOUR MONTHS of waiting, his family is asking the country — and the world — to stop and pray with them.

I’ve been following Xavier since May 26, when a baseball struck him in the neck during warmups before a championship game in New Jersey.

He collapsed.

He suffered cardiac arrest.

He survived.

But Xavier remains in a coma, while his family continues to wait for the breakthrough they have been praying for since that terrifying day.

Tomorrow, that prayer becomes much bigger.

From 5 to 7 p.m. Eastern, families, churches, pastors and complete strangers are expected to gather at Karcher Field at the Woodlawn Sports Center in Maple Shade, New Jersey, for a Night of Prayer & Praise centered around Xavier.

But organizers don’t want the prayers to stay on that field.

They want them to reach far beyond New Jersey.

Across the country.

Across the world.

So wherever you are, stop and pray with them.

Here in Texas, that means 4 p.m. Saturday.

You can pray from your home.

Your church.

Your car.

A hospital room.

Or gathered around the kitchen table with your family.

You don’t have to be there.

You just have to pray. 🙏

Pray for Xavier’s brain and body to heal.

Pray for his medical team.

Pray for continued strength and progress.

Pray for Gregory and the entire Taylor family as they approach four months of waiting for their little boy to wake up.

And organizers are asking people to pray for every other family sitting beside a hospital bed tonight — waiting, hoping and believing for healing of their own.

Think about what has happened since May.

A 12-year-old baseball player was critically injured during warmups.

Then something remarkable happened.

His No. 6 began appearing on jerseys.

Bats were placed outside homes.

Communities gathered for vigils.

Buildings were illuminated in blue.

And people who had never met Xavier learned his name.

They prayed for him.

Tomorrow, those individual prayers become ONE.

One field.

One family.

One name.
