Big Brother’s Mickey Lee Shared a Mysterious Quote About Her “Pure Soul” Just Weeks Before Her Sudden Passing at 35

BIG Brother’s Mickey Lee shared a cryptic quote about her “pure soul” in the weeks before her sudden passing.

The 35-year-old was reported to have passed on yesterday (December 25) after her family revealed earlier in the week that she had experienced a series of heart complications following the flu.

And just two weeks ago, Mickey shared a series of photos of herself looking happy and healthy while posing on a balcony, captioning the snaps “Good genes…”

Among the Instagram album, she also posted a cryptic quote that has taken on a deeper meaning in light of the recent news.

She wrote: “My waist is small, my face is gorgeous, my soul is pure and God loves me so I don’t really care about the rest.”

Mickey, who starred in the CBS reality show this past summer, also shared another quote, saying: “I highly recommend not caring.”

Fans have since been leaving tributes on Mickey’s Instagram page after her family released a statement earlier today confirming the news.

“With profound sadness, the family of Mickey Lee announces her peaceful transition on Christmas in the early evening,” the statement read.

“Mickey captured the hearts of audiences nationwide through her appearance on Big Brother, where her authenticity, strength, and spirit left a lasting impression on fans and fellow cast members alike.

“She will be remembered for the joy she brought into the lives of so many and for the genuine connections she formed both on and off screen.”

The statement continued, “The family extends their deepest gratitude to everyone who has offered prayers, love, and support during this incredibly difficult time. Your kindness has been deeply felt and sincerely appreciated.

“As the family grieves this tremendous loss, they respectfully request privacy during this sensitive period. Details regarding a memorial gathering and arrangements will be shared at a later date.

“Mickey’s light, legacy, and impact will always be remembered.”

Mickey’s Big Brother co-star Rachel Reilly Villegas has already shared a tribute to her.

She told Daily Mail: “I hate this so much — I am in shock. I don’t even feel like I should have a comment because it isn’t about me. My heart goes out to her family and lifelong friends — my heart is broken by this news.

“Big Brother doesn’t just give you castmates — it gives you family. I’m forever grateful I got to share that house and that experience with Mickey. We walked into the Big Brother house as strangers and walked out bonded for life.

“I wish I could still thank her for the memories, the laughter, and the moments only we will ever understand. I’ll carry a bit of Mickey with me always. Rest peacefully, my friend.”

Just days earlier the family had set up a GoFundMe account to help with Mickey’s medical care and related expenses.

They had asked for prayers and donations as they faced “enormous emotional and financial strain” from the star’s growing medical costs and ongoing care needs.

The fundraiser had raised over $31,000 of their $40,000 goal, according to the website on Friday morning.
