Katy Perry Calls Justin Trudeau “The Love of My Life” After Finding the Epic Romance She Always Wanted

Katy Perry is opening up about her relationship with Justin Trudeau, revealing that the romance came into her life after she had spent time with her therapist reflecting on her desire for an “epic, legendary love.”

Perry said that while much of her life had already felt “epic,” she believed there was still something missing: love.

According to Perry, that missing piece began to fall into place when Justin Trudeau came along.

The pop star described Trudeau as “the love of my life,” speaking warmly about the relationship and the emotional support he has brought into her life.

Perry said the pair met while she was on her 2025 Lifetimes Tour. Their relationship developed during a particularly vulnerable period for the singer, who described the aftermath of her breakup with Orlando Bloom as one of the most difficult chapters of her life.

In August 2025, Perry said she wrote down a list of things she wanted in her life. At No. 10 was “True Love.”

Now, she believes she has found exactly what she had been hoping for.

Perry characterized Trudeau as “heart-centered” and supportive, describing their relationship as “super healing.” Her comments suggest that the romance has provided her with a sense of comfort and emotional connection following a challenging period.

For Perry, the relationship appears to represent more than simply a new romance. After reflecting on what she wanted from love and writing it down as a personal goal, she now feels that the missing piece she had been searching for may finally have arrived.
