The newborn was not found inside the family home.

FOUR ADULTS FACE MURDER CHARGES

Baby S’s 20-year-old mother, Andrea Skopova, has been charged alongside Peter Horvath Jr., 19, Peter Horvath Sr., 38, and Nina Horvathova, 37.

All four adults face murder charges as well as other allegations connected to the death and the alleged attempt to conceal what happened.

A 15-year-old girl has also been charged with perverting the course of justice. Her identity is protected because of her age.

All of those accused remain in custody.

A CASE THAT HAS LEFT MORE QUESTIONS THAN ANSWERS

The prosecution’s allegations paint a deeply disturbing picture of what happened after Baby S was born.

But the full circumstances have yet to be determined at trial.

The four adults are accused — they have not been convicted — and the 15-year-old also faces an allegation that must be proved in court.

The murder trial is scheduled to begin in April 2027 and is expected to last six to seven weeks.
