NEWLYWED VANISHES WITHOUT HIS PHONE OR WALLET — THEN HIS WIFE MAKES A HEARTBREAKING PLEA: “PLEASE, COME HOME”

Dominick Bianchi, 35, was last seen leaving his home in East Greenbush, New York. His car, cellphone and wallet were left behind — and his wife says he has been struggling with his mental health.

For a newlywed wife, the most frightening question is often the simplest:

Where is he?

Dominick Bianchi, 35, disappeared from his home in East Greenbush, New York, earlier this week, leaving behind several things he would normally be expected to take with him — including his cellphone, wallet and car.

Now his wife, Julianna Zyra, is making an emotional public plea for the man she married only months ago.

“If you’re seeing this, please, come home,” Zyra said through tears.

According to East Greenbush police, Bianchi was last seen Tuesday morning, Sept. 8, at his home on Forrest Pointe Drive, just south of Albany.

Police said he was last seen leaving the residence at about 10:45 a.m.

His cellphone, wallet and vehicle remained at the house.

Authorities have said they do not believe he disappeared under suspicious circumstances, but they are concerned he may need medical attention.

The circumstances have left his family desperately searching for answers.

Zyra told local media that her husband has been struggling with his mental health “for quite some time.”

She also pleaded with people online to stop creating theories about what might have happened.

“He’s very sick and he is not in the right headspace,” she said.

HIS MEDICAL CONDITION HAS ADDED ANOTHER LAYER OF URGENCY

Bianchi also has Type 1 diabetes.

His wife said his continuous glucose monitor is paired with the cellphone he left behind, raising concern about whether he has access to the equipment he needs to monitor his blood sugar.

There is another way to check his blood sugar, Zyra explained, but she does not know whether he has that equipment with him.

That uncertainty has made every passing hour even more difficult for his family.

In her emotional message, Zyra spoke directly to her missing husband.

“Whatever it is that’s going on, there are so many people who care about you, want you to be OK,” she said.

“I know you feel really alone, but there are people who want to help you.”

Then came the words she most wanted him to hear:

“If you’re seeing this, please, come home.”

Her plea comes as investigators continue asking residents in the area to look closely at their surroundings.

Police have urged people to check properties, sheds, vehicles, trail cameras and home-security footage for anything that could help establish where Bianchi went.

POLICE RELEASE DESCRIPTION

Bianchi is approximately 5 feet 11 inches tall.

He has blue-green eyes, brown hair and a beard.

Police said he was believed to have been wearing black sweatpants, a black long-sleeve shirt and possibly a baseball cap when he was last seen.

He also has several distinctive tattoos:

  • A skull and roses on his chest
  • A baseball tattoo on his right arm
  • A cross tattoo on his back

Authorities are asking anyone who may have seen him or captured something unusual on surveillance footage to contact the East Greenbush Police Department.

A FAMILY WAITING FOR HIM TO COME HOME

For now, there is no confirmed explanation for why Bianchi left or where he may have gone.

His wife has asked people not to turn the disappearance into an online mystery or spread unverified theories.

Instead, her message is much simpler.

Find him. Make sure he is safe. Bring him home.

Anyone with information about Dominick Bianchi’s whereabouts is asked to contact the East Greenbush Police Department at 518-479-2525.

The search remains ongoing.
