‼️💙 “THIS IS NOT JUST ABOUT XAVIER”: HIS MOTHER SPEAKS OUT AFTER MORE THAN 3 MONTHS BESIDE HER SON 🙏🕊️

For the first time, Mai-Lin DosReis-Taylor, the mother of 12-year-old Xavier Taylor, is speaking directly to the public after spending more than three months by her son’s side in the hospital.

On May 26, Xavier was struck in the neck by a baseball during warmups.

He collapsed.

His heart stopped.

And his family’s entire world changed in a matter of seconds.

Since that terrifying day, Xavier has remained in a coma while his parents have refused to give up hope.

But during those long months, something happened that this family never expected.

A story that began with one little boy in Maple Shade, New Jersey, reached people far beyond their community.

People who had never met Xavier began wearing his No. 6.

Baseball bats appeared outside homes.

Communities held vigils.

Churches prayed.

Strangers began calling his name in prayer from hundreds and even thousands of miles away.

And now, for the first time, Xavier’s mother is asking the world to come together for something even bigger.

“This is not just about Xavier.”

Speaking from the hospital, Mai-Lin said her family has been amazed by what God has continued to do through Xavier’s story.

“We’re just amazed as a family what the Lord is doing with all of this and how He has kept Xavier still relevant.”

Then she shared the belief at the center of her message:

“We know that the Lord is doing something so much bigger than with Xavier.”

That is why Xavier’s family is calling people across the country — and around the world — to join them for a Night of Prayer & Praise on September 19.

The gathering will take place from 5 to 7 p.m. Eastern in Maple Shade, New Jersey.

But Mai-Lin says you don’t have to be there in person.

She is asking churches to gather.

Families to pray together at home.

People to connect through Zoom or conference calls.

And anyone who believes in the power of prayer to stop wherever they are and pray for Xavier and for others who are hurting.

“We’re asking for the world to get involved,” she said.

“We’re praying for revival. We’re praying for miracles and healings and deliverance to break out throughout the world.”

For Xavier’s father, Gregory Taylor, the past three months have also meant something painfully simple:

missing his son.

Missing the everyday moments that once seemed ordinary.

The conversations.

The arguments.

The laughter.

The craziness inside a family home.

Gregory wrote about just how much Xavier’s absence has changed their lives:

“Mom and I miss our daily interactions, arguments, and flat out war.”

Then came the words that reveal just how deeply Xavier is loved:

“You my son are the glue to our road. We miss you immensely. You provide us with laughter, craziness, and sheer joy.”

And then, a sentence that captures the hope this family continues to hold onto:

“God will wake you.”

That is the miracle they are praying for.

For Xavier to wake up.

For his brain and body to heal.

For the little boy who once filled his home with laughter, noise and joy to come home again.

But his mother believes the story cannot end there.

She believes Xavier’s journey may bring hope to families facing their own impossible moments.

“The miracle that we believe we will be seeing for Xavier will not just be affecting him, it’ll be affecting so many other people because this world is hurting.”

So on September 19, Xavier’s mother is asking the world to stop and pray.

Pray for Xavier.

Pray for children fighting for their lives.

Pray for parents sitting beside hospital beds.

Pray for families waiting for answers.

Pray for healing.

Pray for hope.

And pray for the miracle this mother and father want more than anything:

For Xavier to wake up. 🙏💙
