“FOREVER LOVED, FOREVER MISSED, FOREVER 6” — HEARTBREAK AS HARRISON’S FINAL BIKE RIDE ENDS IN TRAGEDY

Six-year-old Harrison Glynne Jones had simply asked to go for a bike ride after dinner. Minutes later, a collision outside his family home in North Wales changed his loved ones’ lives forever.

For Harrison’s family, October 1, 2026, began like an ordinary evening. Their little boy wanted to do something he loved — ride his bike.

But shortly after 5 p.m., tragedy unfolded on Mill Road in Llanfairfechan, Conwy, when Harrison was involved in a collision with a white Ford Transit tipper van.

Emergency services rushed to the scene, but the six-year-old could not be saved. He was pronounced dead at the scene, leaving his parents, Kayleigh and Daryl, and his two sisters facing an unimaginable loss.

In a tribute shared through a fundraising appeal organised by a family member, Harrison was remembered as a “cheeky chappy, full of character with a personality that could light up a room.”

His family said he was loved more deeply than words could ever express.

To those who knew him, Harrison was not simply a little boy caught up in a tragic incident. He was a much-loved son and brother whose energy and character brought happiness into family life.

His two sisters, Sienna and Eira, have lost their little brother, while his parents are facing the unimaginable task of saying goodbye to their six-year-old son.

“There are no words that can truly describe the heartbreak and devastation his parents, sisters and our whole family are experiencing,” the family’s appeal explained.

A SIMPLE REQUEST THAT CHANGED EVERYTHING

Harrison had asked his parents if he could go for a bike ride after dinner.

It was an ordinary request from a child who loved being outdoors. His family could never have imagined that the evening would end in such devastating circumstances.

The collision happened close to his own home, making the loss particularly painful for those who were there.

As the family tries to come to terms with what happened, they are asking people to remember Harrison for the little boy he was — full of character, deeply loved and surrounded by family.

A fundraising campaign was established to help Harrison’s parents with funeral and memorial expenses, as well as rent, household bills, food and other essential costs while they take time away from work to grieve.

The appeal has received support from hundreds of donors, with people contributing messages of sympathy and practical assistance during an incredibly difficult time.

The family explained that the money would help ease some of the financial pressure so Harrison’s parents could focus on their children and begin navigating life after their loss.

Although no donation can take away their pain, the response has shown how many people want to stand beside them.

“FOREVER LOVED, FOREVER MISSED, FOREVER 6”

Those words have become a deeply moving tribute to Harrison’s short life.

He was six years old — an age when there should have been so many more birthdays, adventures, family memories and ordinary evenings ahead.

His loved ones now face the challenge of carrying his memory forward while learning to live with his absence.

North Wales Police are investigating the circumstances of the collision and have appealed for relevant information from witnesses and anyone with potentially useful footage.

As enquiries continue, Harrison’s family has asked for support and compassion as they grieve.

For them, the most important thing is that the world remembers their lively little boy, not only the circumstances of his death.

Harrison Glynne Jones was a son, a brother and a much-loved six-year-old whose personality could light up a room.

His life was tragically short, but the love surrounding him remains.

Forever loved. Forever missed. Forever 6.
