THE LIFE OF A BABY BORN WITH ๐ผ๐พ๐ฝ๐๐๐ด๐’๐ FACE โ A JOURNEY THAT TOUCHES EVERY HEART๐

Bhawana Thami was considered a witch, a monster, with her face largely covered in black hair.
Bhana Thami was born with half her face covered in thick, black hair, leading those around her to call her a monster and a witch because she suffered from a rare condition called mole disease, which, if left untreated, could develop into cancer.

Her father never allowed her to look in a mirror and said his daughter was ostracized by other children. People also isolated her, believing her to be a witch.

Bhawana Thami is now 9 years old and lives in Dolakha district, 345 km from Kathmandu, Nepal. Previously, a journalist showed her a picture taken when she was 8 years old, which terrified, haunted, and shocked her.

However, thanks to a charitable surgery, she has given her father hope for a normal future for his beloved daughter. This was a surgery supported by charitable organizations.

Doctors removed the last remaining hairs from her face. She has undergone two surgeries and will have to have another one at age 14.

Mangali Thmi, Bhawana Thmi’s mother, is brushing her little daughter’s hair before she returns to school and is accepted by the community.

The girl hopes to be accepted by the community and no longer see herself as a monster, a witch…

A new life begins with her new face.
