A newborn baby boy is recovering in hospital after being found abandoned in bushes by a passerby who heard weak cries coming from nearby vegetation during extremely hot weather.

According to local residents, the infant had been left alone outdoors shortly after birth. By the time he was discovered, the heat had already badly affected his fragile skin, leaving parts of his tiny face red, irritated, and painfully sensitive.

The person who found the baby immediately alerted others nearby before rushing him to medical care.

“He was barely crying when they picked him up,” one witness said. “He looked exhausted and dehydrated from being left outside in the heat.”
