Robert Steele Junior was just four years old.

THEN POLICE MADE A SECOND ARREST

A second suspect was arrested on September 1.

That man was later identified as 32-year-old Brian Cameron of Chatsworth Road, Newark.

Cameron has now been charged with causing death by dangerous driving, driving while disqualified, and causing death by driving while uninsured and unlicensed.

He was due to appear before Nottingham Magistrates’ Court.

The charges are allegations, and the case will now proceed through the courts.
