🚨💔 “I’M A KILLER.” — THE PHONE CALL THAT SENT WADE WILSON’S FATHER TO POLICE

It was a phone call a father would never forget.

On October 7, 2019, Steven Testasecca said his biological son, Wade Wilson, called him while he was at work and asked for help.

According to Testasecca’s testimony, Wilson told him he had done something he could not take back.

Then came the words that changed everything:

“I’m a killer.”

Testasecca said he initially struggled to believe his son. But after additional calls later that night, he said Wilson began describing what had happened to two women in Cape Coral.

According to the father’s courtroom account, Wilson described the killing of Kristine Melton, 35, and later the killing of Diane Ruiz, 43.

Testasecca testified that Wilson showed no remorse while recounting the events and appeared excited as he spoke about Ruiz.

The father eventually put the call on speaker while his biological mother listened and information was relayed to law enforcement.

Testasecca said he then tried to keep Wilson talking and asked where he was, telling him he would send an Uber.

Authorities were subsequently able to locate Wilson.

The testimony became one of the most disturbing moments of the 2024 capital murder trial, because the account came from Wilson’s own biological father, who said his view of the situation changed once he heard the details.

Wilson was later convicted of murdering Melton and Ruiz and sentenced to death in Florida.

But the phone call remains one of the most haunting pieces of testimony surrounding the case — a father hearing his son allegedly describe two killings, then making the decision to turn him in.
