Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce spent Saturday in two very different worlds — she was celebrating a wedding in the English countryside, while he was back inside an NFL stadium in Kansas City.

But one small detail connected the newlyweds across thousands of miles.

On Aug. 15, both Swift and Kelce were photographed wearing their wedding bands during separate public appearances, offering a subtle glimpse of married life roughly a month after their own star-filled ceremony in New York City.

For Swift, 36, the occasion was another couple’s celebration. She traveled to the United Kingdom for the wedding of recording engineers Oli Jacobs and Laura Sisk, joining guests that included Sabrina Carpenter and longtime collaborator Jack Antonoff.

As Swift mingled with those attending the festivities, her wedding band could be seen on her hand — a relatively understated symbol of a major personal change that has unfolded during an extraordinary chapter of her life.

The appearance also drew attention for another reason: Swift debuted her shortest hairstyle in years while attending the celebration.

Their shoes were custom Christian Louboutin creations, while Swift completed her bridal look with Cartier jewelry.

But after all the celebrity guests, couture clothing and famous performers, the images from Aug. 15 offered a much simpler picture of what came next.

There was no enormous shared event this time.

They weren’t even in the same country.

Instead, each went back into a familiar part of life.

Swift joined friends for a celebration in Britain. Kelce returned to Arrowhead Stadium and the beginning of another NFL preseason.

And both carried a visible reminder of the wedding with them.
