A disturbing investigation in a small Ohio community has resulted in four adults facing felony charges after authorities removed 16 children from a home in Hamden, Vinton County.

The children, ranging in age from approximately 18 months to 18 years, were removed after investigators executed a search warrant at the residence and reported discovering what officials described as extremely dangerous living conditions.
